Flow ForceDefense System

A practical personal defense system developed at Yarber's Martial Arts, built around a single honest loop: Protect → Move → Respond → Recover. Designed for everyday people, not for a uniform.

FFDS is not open for public enrollment yet. It is being field tested with our current martial arts students for roughly 45 days before the first public FFDS Foundations workshop.

The core loop

Four steps you can still remember when it counts

01

Protect

Cover what matters first. Structure before technique.

02

Move

Get off the line. Distance is the first answer.

03

Respond

One decisive, trainable response — not twenty options.

04

Recover

Reset your base, your breath and your exit.

Where it stands today

In the lab, on the mat

FFDS is being taught and stress-tested inside our existing martial arts classes. Every session produces notes: what held up, what needed simplifying, what a beginner could do under fatigue.

When the field test closes, we open with a public FFDS Foundations workshop — a single session that teaches the whole loop and stands on its own.

Join the First Access list and you'll be invited before we announce it publicly. No payment, no commitment.
